Q: Can I use IIS 7?
A: Yes! We've now added a section on how to setup IIS 7 and use the Mission Critical SWAT software. Click here for details.
Q: How do I enter an Incident that has a previous date?
A: It has been brought to our attention that users cannot input calls that took place in the past. We’ve added this to the list of required updates in our next revision. Until then, go to the Appendix of the User's Guide and follow the instructions there.
Q: Is there training available for Mission Critical SWAT?
A: Yes. If participating in the Try it First program or when purchasing the product, Agencies will be give a web address to online training videos. There are trainings on every section of the product. Train your entire team in just under an hour.

Q: Is the software NIMS compliant?
A: Our program uses some
of the NIMS standards but primarily uses industry standard SWAT
methodology.
Q: In regards to licensing, how many machines can we download the software on to?
A: The Mission Critical
SWAT©
application is a web-based program
that will provide for access to multiple users at a time. No
additional client software will need to be installed. However,
each agency (in a combined team) will need to purchase a license
