Established in 2008, Mission Critical Software, Inc. is a company whose focus is in the government Law Enforcement software industry. MCS’ goal is to create and innovate software for use in disparate environments. We will apply creative uses of information technology that have the potential to increase the capacity and effectiveness of law enforcement in fulfilling its most complex missions.
Mission Critical Software, Inc. was formed to address a particular need in the Law Enforcement industry. As technology advances, today’s forward-thinking agencies are looking to better equip their highly trained tactical officers and provide them the critical data they need, when they need it. The progress made in wireless technologies can be used to extend an agency's tactical capabilities.
About the Founder
Frank Freeman, BSIT, MBA
Mr. Freeman has been an IT Network and Systems Administrator in the Public Safety industry for 10 years. He is well experienced in the setup, planning, and implementation of Police systems. He has supported various CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) systems, databases, wireless systems, Mobile Command Unit integrations, MDT/MDCs, various RMS (Records Management Systems) systems, staging command posts, and setting up EOCs (Emergency Operations Centers).
About the Product
The initial application is called Mission Critical SWAT©. Mission Critical SWAT© will assist SWAT Agencies in the management of information and resources. SWAT Commanders will be able to more successfully present mission plans and reporting information to their teams. All Incident information can be entered in one system. No product is as versatile or as innovative in the market today.
